Functional Workout

The functional training suite provides you with an adaptable training setting, increasing the capacity for you to incorporate a variety of power, strength and endurance exercises within your exercise selection. Resistance training in general is “functional” as an increase in muscular and bone strength (alongside the neuromuscular adaptations made) help to improve your functional capacities, especially if you ensure that your exercise selection works through a range of movement patterns. Here we have a full body circuit, incorporating a number of Power, Strength and cardiovascular exercises, working through different planes of movement, and this short video could give you some ideas around how you can utilize the equipment within the room, to help improve these vital components
